My Story

I created Dance in the Rain Travel because I believe travel changes people. Some of my favorite memories come from exploring new places and I love helping my clients create those same unforgettable experiences.

I believe the best trips aren't about flawless plans, but about connection, discovery, laughter and making memories. My role, as your personal travel agent, is to handle the details so you can focus on the fun!

I do not charge a client fee. I believe that using a travel agent isn't a luxury - but a necessity. Each client is treated like family, with full respect of your time, budget and trust.

Training and Industry Certifications

Dance in the Rain Travel collects credit card information solely for the purpose of processing authorized travel transactions with suppliers. Credit card details are NOT stored. Once payment has been successfully processed, all card information is securely and permanently deleted in accordance with industry security standards.

To complete your payment (deposit or final payment) your signature on this authorization is required. Charges are payable only to the agency, hotel, tour operator, cruise line or other travel supplier. Dance in the Rain Travel will NOT process any payment through personal accounts.

TRAVEL INSURANCE WAIVER: Travel insurance is strongly recommended and available upon request from this agency. You can enroll for travel protection to cover Medical Expenses, Baggage Delays & Loss, Trip Delay, Cancellation and other coverage. Policies vary by provider. This agency can provide you with a quote for travel insurance that will meet your personal needs.

By booking travel services through Dance in the Rain Travel, you agree to the following terms:

Independent Status

Dance in the Rain Travel operates as an independent contractor affiliated with Cornerstone Collective. I am not an employee, agent or representative of any airline, cruise line hotel, tour operator or travel supplier. All travel services are arranged through third-party suppliers.

Booking & Payment

All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation. Pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Final payment due dates will be communicated at the time of booking. Per supplier policies, reservations not paid in full by the final payment date may be cancelled and cancellation fees may apply.
Payments may be non-refundable, depending on the policies of the travel supplier (such as cruise lines or tour operators).

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation policies are determined by the individual travel providers (such as cruise lines, hotels or tour operators).
Change and cancellation fees may apply, depending on the supplier's terms.
It is the client's responsibility to review and understand ALL applicable cancellation policies before booking.

Force Majeure

Dance in the Rain Travel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of services due to events beyond my control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, war, government regulations, pandemics or any other causes beyond my control. This includes changes made by travel providers, such as airlines, cruise lines and tour operators, that may alter schedules, pricing or services. In such cases, I will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any impact on their travel plans, but I am not responsible for any resulting delays, cancellations or changes.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to protect you against unexpected events such as illness, death in the family, trip delays or lost baggage.
If you decide to decline travel insurance, you assume all associated risks and understand that no claims will be made against this agency.
If you choose to decline travel insurance coverage, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging this decision.

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas and other required travel documents for their trip. Entry requirements vary by country, and the traveler must check and comply with all applicable regulations.
Confirming visa requirements well in advance is especially important, as some countries require travelers to apply and be approved before arrival. This is the client's responsibility.
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of your trip. However, the client is responsible for checking and complying with the specific passport validity and entry requirements of each country you plan to visit.

Health Requirements

Clients must comply with any health requirements or regulations imposed by the destination country or airline.

Limitations of Liability

Dance in the Rain Travel acts only as a booking agent.
I am not responsible for acts, errors or omissions of third-party suppliers, nor for any loss, injury, delay or damage during travel.

Client Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for bookings.
I am not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided such as names and birth dates.
